These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the up77 platform ("up77", "we", "us") and registered members ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the up77 website, mobile platform and all services.

By registering on the up77 platform or using our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the up77 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date is mandatory.

When opening an account on up77, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registration with false information will result in immediate account closure and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

up77 may at any time request additional documents to verify the information provided during registration. Withdrawals may be suspended until identity verification is complete.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address or payment method. Using multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a violation of up77's bonus policy and may result in the following consequences:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings
• Permanent ban from re-registration

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

The account holder is responsible for all transactions made on the account, unless a technical error on up77's part is proven.

up77 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay for any reason, please notify our support team via live chat.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the following conditions are not met:

• Identity verification (KYC) is incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account
• The deposit method and withdrawal method do not match (where applicable)

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible.

up77 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not supported. All winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka.

New members on up77 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus will apply a 20x wagering requirement — meaning winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 20 times.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus. A total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed to complete the wagering requirement on this ৳1,500 bonus.

• Bonuses are available to registered members only.
• Each offer is for a limited time and up77 may modify or withdraw it at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn as winnings after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• In cases of bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage, hedging), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts during a single promotion is considered bonus abuse.

up77's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on each member's platform usage and activity. Stay consistently active to reach higher tiers.

All games on up77 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely random and not predetermined. All games are operated in accordance with each game provider's own technical standards.

If any game result is affected by a technical error or disconnection, up77 reserves the right to void or restart that round at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the up77 platform and if detected will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Playing using any software, bots or automated methods
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated deceptive strategies with other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure

If a dispute arises over a game result or transaction, please notify our support team within 24 hours. up77 will properly investigate all disputes submitted in good faith. If the technical logs contain the correct game result, that will be considered final.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned, but may be held pending while an investigation is ongoing.

up77 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or external factors. up77 is not liable for any direct losses resulting from such interruptions.

Games available on up77 are developed and operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and others). up77's liability for technical issues with these games is limited. up77 is also not liable for delays caused by payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

up77 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will attempt to notify members through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will first be addressed through up77's internal arbitration process.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by the nearest enforceable equivalent.
